How it Works

The Small Business Sales Manager Program is a small-group coaching program designed for agents with sales teams of 1-5 people.  Focused specifically on insurance and financial services, we help the agent create a structure for building, training, and managing their sales team.

Through group sessions, peer feedback, and 1:1 conversations with an expert coach, they create a process that they can engage in and that they can make their own.

More importantly, the year-long program helps them integrate the habits and routines of successful sales leadership into their daily activities.

  • Each cohort meets monthly for a 2-hour group call. We focus on one part of the sales management process with training and coaching. Participants also bring current challenges to the group for discussion and feedback.
  • In between each group meeting, participants meet with their coach for a 45 minute, one-on-one coaching session to look at how to apply these topics in their office.
  • Each participant also gets the Small Business Sales Manager playbook with templates and examples that they can customize for their team.
  • Additional feedback is available by email and text to answer any questions that arise through the month.
  • Each group is capped at 9 agents to ensure personalized and relevant conversations and attention.
